Read the passage and answer the following questions:
The school was over today. I was packing my bag. I was looking for my textbook. I did not find it. “Is it lying under the teacher's table?" I thought. Going near it, I heard some whisper. It seemed that the chalk and duster were talking to each other. Their whisper was echoing in the empty classroom.
Mr. Chalk - "It is you who always wipe out my writings on the blackboard."
Mr. Duster - "Yes, it is my duty, dear" Suddenly, the blackboard also started talking.
Mr. Blackboard - “You always support me, Mr. Duster. You are my real friend.
Mr. Chalk always makes me dirty and you clean me up."
Mr. Chalk - "Oh! now please stop talking. I think someone is coming inside."
Perhaps they heard my footsteps and stopped their conversation.
বাংলা মানে : আজ স্কুল শেষ হয়ে গেছে। আমি আমার ব্যাগ গোছাচ্ছিলাম। আমি আমার পাঠ্য বইটা খুঁজছি। আমি এটা খুঁজে পাচ্ছি না। এটা কি আমার শিক্ষকের টেবিলের নীচে পড়ে রয়েছে? এটার কাছে গিয়ে, আমি কিছু ফিসফিস শুনতে পেলাম। মনে হল চক ও ডাস্টার একে অপরের সঙ্গে কথা বলছে। তাদের ফিসফিস ফাঁকা ঘরে প্রতিধ্বনিত হতে থাকল।
চক : তুমিই সে যে সবসময়ই কালো বোর্ড থেকে আমার লেখা মুছে দাও।
ডাস্টার : হ্যাঁ, বন্ধু, এটা আমার কর্তব্য।
হঠাৎ, কালোবোর্ডও কথা বলতে শুরু করল।
কালোবোর্ড : আমি তোমাকে সমর্থন করি, ডাস্টার, তুমিই আমার প্রকৃত বন্ধু।
চক আমাকে সবসময়ই নোংরা করে দেয় ও তুমি আমাকে পরিষ্কার করো।
চক : ওহ্! এখন কথা বলা থামাও। আমার মনে হচ্ছে ভিতরে কেউ আসছে।
ওরা হয়তো আমার পায়ের আওয়াজ শুনতে পেয়েছে ও কথাবার্তা থামিয়ে দিয়েছিল।

Let's think that your pencil and eraser can speak like us. What will be their conversation? Think of yourself to be the pencil and your friend to be the eraser. The teacher will initiate the conversation and encourage the students to speak similar sentences.

Answer. A crow was flying here and there on a hot summer day. He was very thirsty. He saw a pitcher under a tree. But there was not much water in it. The water level was very low. The crow's beak could not reach to the water and he could not drink. Then he dropped some stones one by one into the pitcher. The water level rose up. The crow drank the water then.
এক গ্রীষ্মের দিনে একটি কাক এখানে সেখানে উড়ে বেড়াচ্ছিল। সে খুবই তৃষ্ণার্ত ছিল। সে একটা গাছের নীচে একটা কলসি দেখতে পেল। কিন্তু তাতে বেশি জল ছিল না। জলের স্তর অনেক নীচে ছিল। কাকটির ঠোঁটটা জল পর্যন্ত পৌঁছতে পারেনি এবং তার জল খাওয়াও হয়নি। তারপর সে কয়েকটা পাথর একটার পর একটা কলসিতে ফেলতে লাগল। জলের স্তর উঠে এলো। কাকটি তারপর জল খেতে পারল।

An old broken Bungalow stands on a plot of land in the bright sunlight. It is a witness of many histories. It can share everything only with its friend - the old Banyan Tree.
Every morning the Banyan tree wishes its friend – “Good morning."! But today its voice is very low. Let's, listen to their conversation:
Bungalow: Last night I saw two men standing by this carved gateway. They were discussing something between them.
Banyan tree : Did you hear clearly what they were talking about?
Bungalow : No, dear, I did not. But I heard the topic when they came to sit in the courtyard.
Bungalow: They were planning to build a big building here.
Banyan Tree: What?
Bungalow: Yes! Once there were copses of young trees and shrubs with fresh, green leaves. They always surrounded me. Now only you remain!
বাংলা মানে : উজ্জ্বল সূর্যালোকে এক টুকরো জমির ওপর একটা ভাঙা পুরোনো বাংলো দাঁড়িয়ে আছে। এটা অনেক ইতিহাসের একটি সাক্ষী। সে সব কথা শুধু তার বন্ধু পুরোনো বটগাছটার সঙ্গে ভাগ করে নিতে পারে।
প্রতি সকালে বটগাছ তার বন্ধুকে ‘সুপ্রভাত’ বলে শুভেচ্ছা জানায়। কিন্তু আজ তার গলার আওয়াজটা খুবই আস্তে ছিল। তাদের কথাবার্তা শোনো।
বাংলো : গত রাতে দেখলাম দুজন মানুষ দাঁড়িয়ে আছে নকশা করা প্রবেশদ্বারের কাছে। তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে কিছু আলোচনা করছিল।
বটগাছ : তুমি শুনতে পেয়েছিলে?
বাংলো : না বন্ধু, তখন পাইনি। কিন্তু তারা যখন উঠোনে বসতে এলো তখন বিষয়টা শুনেছিলাম হ্যাঁ, ওরা এখানে একটা বড়ো অট্টালিকা বানানোর পরিকল্পনা করছিল।
গাছ : কী?
বাংলো : জানো বন্ধু, একসময় এখানে সতেজ সবুজ চারা গাছ, ঝোপঝাড় আমাকে ঘিরে থাকতো। কিন্তু এখন শুধু তুমিই থেকে গেছ।
গাছ : আমার আরো মনে আছে উৎসব, অনুষ্ঠানের সময়গুলোর কথা। শিশুরা আমার ঠান্ডা ছায়ায় নাটকের মহড়া দিত।
গাছ : আমার হৃদয়ে যন্ত্রণা হচ্ছে। আমার মনে হচ্ছে আমাদের দুজনের জীবনই ঝুঁকিতে রয়েছে।
দুই বন্ধুই গভীর নিঃশ্বাস ফেলল।

Answer. Last summer I went to Gangtok with my parents and other relatives. It was a beautiful hill station. The weather was quite cold there. গত গ্রীষ্মে আমি আমার মা-বাবা ও অন্য আত্মীয়স্বজনদের সঙ্গে গ্যাংটক বেড়াতে গিয়েছিলাম। এটা খুব সুন্দর একটা পাহাড়ি শহর ছিল। ওখানকার আবহাওয়া ছিল বেশ ঠান্ডা। নুডলস্, থুকপা, মোমো ওখানকার জনপ্রিয় খাবার। এখানকার মানুষ সিল্ক ও পশমের পোশাকই বেশি পড়ে। আমার ওখানকার শান্ত পরিবেশ ও অসাধারণ পাহাড়ের সুন্দর প্রাকৃতিক দৃশ্য খুব ভালো লেগেছিল।
